The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is seeking outside services to analyze its existing education efforts, materials, and partnerships; identify its education program gaps and opportunities; and develop a cohesive and streamlined education program that will enhance engagement with our diverse communities (with a focus on Title I schools and underrepresented communities) and build trust, understanding, and support for EBMUD’s complex water and wastewater systems, priorities, projects, and programs.
Please respond to this RFP no later than 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday, January 13, 2023. Completed proposal should be emailed to Mona Favorite-Hill at community@ebmud.com.
